ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email once your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
Locals can pick up orders daily. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30miles of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using your preferred shipping provider. Optional: We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any item in your order that is defective or damaged upon arrival is eligible for a replacement. For defective or damaged items, please contact support@monarchmagnets.com within 10 days of receipt, and include your order number as well as pictures of the damaged items.
